Step-by-step instructions for setting up InfoPath Forms Services using Office Forms Server 2007 and WSS 3.0
Learn what steps are required before you can use InfoPath with Forms Server 2007 and WSS 3.0 to create and deploy forms that can be filled out through a browser.
Before you can use InfoPath to design and deploy browser-compatible InfoPath form templates to be used with InfoPath Forms Services in Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0, you need to perform the following steps:
- Download Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
- Install Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
- Buy Office Forms Server 2007.
- Install Office Forms Server 2007.
- Create a SharePoint web application and site collection.
- Activate the InfoPath Forms Services feature on the site collection.
